We serve customers and businesses in Ghana. Availability of a payment method, payout, delivery service, or business feature depends on your location, account eligibility, verification, and the terms shown for that service.

What you can do with Peacemaker

• Buy and sell: discover products and services, open a shop, and share public shop, product, and payment links.
• Sell from available supply: eligible shop owners can add warehouse products and set a selling price without purchasing that inventory upfront. Stock availability, fulfillment responsibilities, fees, and settlement conditions still apply.
• Manage payments: follow collections, wallet activity, transfers, and payouts where enabled. Direct payments and escrow transactions have different release conditions.
• Run a business: manage stock, sales, and supply with merchant tools and Stock Master. Market Trends provides signals from available data; coverage varies and results are not a guarantee of demand or profit.
• Connect with customers: share posts, Clips, and product tags. Connected WhatsApp and assistant features help with supported customer and business workflows where enabled.
• Build integrations: developers can use Peacemaker payment APIs, checkout links, and webhooks through the developer platform.

How a purchase works

• Review the seller, product or service, total price, delivery details, and payment type before confirming.
• Pay using an available method. Escrow checkout holds payment pending the applicable completion or resolution conditions. A direct payment does not carry the same hold.
• The seller or identified fulfillment partner supplies the goods or service. Keep confirmations and delivery evidence in the transaction record.
• Follow the order status and confirm completion only when appropriate. If something is wrong, raise it promptly through the transaction flow or support before release where possible.
• Settlement follows the transaction terms and payment-provider processing. A pending balance or successful collection is not the same as a completed payout.

Clear responsibilities

Peacemaker provides the platform and transaction coordination. Sellers remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, quality, availability, and fulfillment of their listings unless a specific agreement states otherwise. Payment and payout processing can involve third-party providers and their requirements.

Escrow is conditional protection, not a promise that every transaction is risk-free or refundable. Check the payment type and applicable terms. Do not share your PIN, password, or one-time code, and do not confirm receipt before checking your order.
